Sizing

• Fits true to size
• S/M: Fits elbow or knee sizes 8.5”–11.5”
• L/XL: Fits elbow or knee sizes 12”–14.5”
• 2XL: Fits elbow or knee sizes 15”–17”
• Note: For a proper fit, measure the circumference of your knee or elbow, about 5” above the joints. If you are in between sizes, use the smaller size for a snug fit.

How to Use

• Freezing the Compression Sleeve:
  • Keep the sleeve inside of the supplied bag and freeze for a minimum of two hours.
  • Once cold, remove from the bag and slip on the affected area.
  • The CopperFreeze™ sleeve can be stored in the freezer until later use.
  • Always remove your CopperFreeze™ sleeve before defrosting the freezer.
• Heating the Compression Sleeve:
  • Remove the sleeve from the supplied bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test for comfort.
  • If the sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds.
  • Do not heat for more than 60 seconds, the sleeve should be warm, not hot.

Care Instructions

• Use damp cloth to wipe down. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron.
• Lay flat to air dry
• Keep in the resealable bag for storage when not in use.
