How to Use

• Freezing the Migraine Mask:
  • Keep the mask inside of the supplied bag and freeze for a minimum of two hours.
  • Once cold, remove from the bag and slip on the affected area.
  • The CopperFreeze™ mask can be stored in the freezer until later use.
  • Always remove your CopperFreeze™ mask before defrosting the freezer.
• Heating the Migraine Mask:
  • Remove the mask from the supplied bag, microwave for 30 seconds, and test for comfort.
  • If the mask is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds.
  • Do not heat for more than 60 seconds, the mask should be warm, not hot.

Care Instructions

• Use damp cloth to wipe down. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron.
• Lay flat to air dry
• Keep in the resealable bag for storage when not in use.
