Sizing

• One Size Unisex 17cm (heel to calf) x 13cm (heel to toe) x 10 cm
• Designed to fit most ankles and feet comfortably.

How to Use

• Cold Therapy:
  • Keep the sleeve inside the supplied resealable bag.
  • Store in the refrigerator for cooling or in the freezer for icing.
  • For freezer use, chill for a minimum of two hours.
  • Remove from the bag and place over the ankle and foot.
  • The CopperFreeze™ Ankle Sleeve can be stored in the freezer until ready for use.
• Heat Therapy:
  • Remove the sleeve from the supplied bag.
  • Microwave for 5 seconds and test temperature.
  • Repeat in 5-second intervals until desired warmth is reached.
  • Do not overheat. The sleeve should be warm, not hot.

Care Instructions

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron.
• Lay flat to air dry.
• Store in the resealable bag when not in use.
