How to Use

• For Cold Therapy:
  • Keep the knee sleeve inside the supplied resealable bag and place in the freezer or refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.
  • Remove from the bag and slide over the knee for targeted cold therapy.
  • The CopperFreeze™ Knee Sleeve may be stored in the freezer until ready for use.
  • Always remove the sleeve before defrosting the freezer.
• For Heat Therapy:
  
  • Remove the sleeve from the bag and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Test temperature before use.
  • If additional warmth is desired, heat in 10-second intervals.
  • Do not exceed 60 seconds total heating time. Sleeve should be warm, not hot.

Care Instructions

• Use damp cloth to wipe down. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean, or iron.
